Well before you think if you're on the right place, let me tell you that I faced the same issue and with the same method (that I am going to share with you), I solved this issue. So without wasting any more time, let's begin the tutorial.

First of all let me show you the error.

So this is the error I faced. If you're facing the same issue, then proceed with me.

1. First of all, make a new folder with the name "DirectX"
   
   
   
2. Download "directx_Jun2010_redist" from the link given at the end of this page
   
   
   
3. Double click on it to run the setup. Here, click "Yes" as shown below
   
   
   
4. It will ask you to choose a location. Choose the folder we created in step 1
   
   
   
5. After the installation is complete, open the folder and double click on "DXSETUP"
   
   
   
6. Select "I accept the agreement" and then click "Next"
   
   
   
7. Again click on "Next"
   
   
   
8. It will now begin to install DirectX on your system. Click "Finish" when it's done
